Gackt Camui (神威 楽斗 Kamui Gakuto) is a Japanese musician, composer, lyricist, poet, author, actor, designer and model. Usually referred to by his mononymous stage name, he is known for his career as a solo artist and as the former vocalist for the now-defunct band Malice Mizer. Besides Japanese, he has performed in English, Korean, Cantonese, andMandarin.
The band was formed in Kanagawa Prefecture in February 1999 by Hotaka Yamashita and Yoshiki Mizuno, and was later joined by lead vocalist Kiyoe Yoshioka in December the same year. ikimono-gakari (生き物係) is a person who is responsible for looking after plants and animals in Japanese elementary school. As ikimono-gakari, Hotaka and Yoshiki shared experience of feeding goldfish in the first grade.
Kotoko (コトコ) is a female J-pop singer who has released five albums (three associated with Geneon and two associated with I've Sound), twelve maxi singles (seventeen overall) and two DVD that are scheduled for a US Domestic release. She also composes and writes lyrics (for herself as well as other singers in I've Sound) for numerous other song collections. She frequently works with the producers I've Sound, and has contributed songs to numerous anime and video games including Onegai Teacher, Mahou Shoujo Tai Arusu, Onegai Twins, Ren'ai CHU!, Maria-sama ga Miteru, Hayate the Combat Butler, Colorful Kiss, Kannazuki no Miko, Starship Operators, Shakugan no Shana, and BlazBlue: Calamity Trigger
Mami Kawada (川田まみ Kawada Mami) is a J-pop singer who is currently signed to Geneon Entertainment Inc. She is also a member of the I've Sound who performs soundtracks for some eroge. Mami was usually paired up with co-I've member Kotoko when making soundtracks for anime. Examples of these are Onegai Teacher, Onegai Twins, Starship Operators, Shakugan no Shana, Baldr Force EXE Resolution OVA, and Hayate no Gotoku wherein Kotoko will perform the opening theme while Mami will perform the ending theme or vice versa. Her debut single "Radiance" which was released on February 23, 2005 was used as an opening theme for the anime Starship Operators. Her most successful single was "Joint", which was released on October 31, 2007 and used as the first opening theme for the sequel of the anime series Shakugan no Shana.
